Law ZRU-1163: what changes for Uzbek realtors on 8 November 2026
The law introduces realtor certification, a single registry and multiple listing. Here is what actually changes the way an agency works, and what to get done before the date.
Buyers write to your sales team's Telegram or to the chat on your website — and get an answer at once, day and night, in Russian, Uzbek or English. Available units and prices come from your own price list; viewing requests and hot buyers go straight to a manager. Your CRM and availability chart stay as they are: we work on top of them.
Saturday, 23:40. A buyer asks the price of a two-room flat on a middle floor and at best gets "call the sales office during working hours". Over the weekend they write to three more projects and go to view the one that named a price first. Such a buyer never shows up in the sales report: the owner will not even know they existed.
A questionnaire bot does not help here: it collects a name and phone number but cannot name an available unit or its price. We set up a night shift for your sales team: it answers from your price list, agrees a viewing time, passes hot buyers to a manager at once and leaves discounts, mortgage calculations and contracts to people. The CRM stays the main system: data reaches it via API, export or a card for the manager — we pick the route during the audit.
This is not a video: pick a scenario and watch the bot answer a buyer. The second one is in Uzbek — that is how the bot talks to buyers who prefer it.
Your sales team's Telegram and the chat on your website — one stream. The first reply goes out at once, even at 23:40 or on a Sunday, while the buyer is still comparing projects.
Floor, area, price per m² and per flat — only from your table. Units it marks as sold or reserved are not offered; a manager confirms availability and price.
Floor-plan photos on request, handover date, finishing, instalment and mortgage terms — from your project description. The payment schedule comes from a manager.
The bot agrees a time, the manager confirms or moves it with a button, the buyer gets the answer in the same chat. An hour before the viewing — a reminder to the manager.
Anyone ready for a viewing or asking to reserve goes straight to a manager as a card: what they asked, what the bot replied, what we know. Discounts, mortgage calculations and contracts stay with people. Once a manager replies, the bot is silent in that chat for two hours.
At 21:00 — how many conversations there were and which buyers are hot, with a note on each. A hot buyer silent for two days triggers a reminder while they can still be reached.
Uysot, amoCRM, Bitrix24 or a spreadsheet — deals stay where you keep them now. The bot reads your price list and hands the manager ready cards; how they get into your system, we decide during the audit.
We start with one process — say, replies in the evenings and on weekends, or viewing booking. The "before" metric is fixed in writing; miss it — the stage is not billed.
Russian, Uzbek in Latin or Cyrillic script, English, voice messages — the bot replies in the language the buyer used. Tone and wording are agreed with you before launch.
The demo at the top of this page is a simplified copy of our working systems. The Valli bot handles customer conversations in Telegram and hands anything non-routine to a human — it is currently in pilot. CorpVisor watches the process of a manufacturing company in Samarkand and flags who is holding things up. At the meeting we show a demo bot for a fictional housing project: you write to it as a buyer — and see what your manager would receive.
The pilot can start with night-time answers from your chart alone. Viewings and the summary are added once that link has proven itself in numbers.
We break one of your processes down step by step and hand back a map: what can be taken off people, in what order and what it costs. Free, and no intro call.
We build one pipeline and run it live. The "before" metric is fixed in writing before the start, not invented afterwards. If we do not hit it, the stage is not paid for.
The code, the access and the documentation are yours. Everything lives inside your own perimeter. Support by subscription or with your own hands — your call; we do not keep you on a hook.
A price per project, not per hour. The first audit is free: six questions, an answer within 48 hours, no intro call.
One process end to end: data collection, processing, notifications, reporting. Up to three integrations.
+ $300 per month
One link end to end: script, connection to your price table, launch, two weeks live and a report on the metric. CRM licences and the Telegram Premium subscription stay yours — we earn nothing on them.

A model prices an apartment in seconds. Here is what that number is made of, why deduplication matters more than the model itself, and why an honest product has to answer "not enough data" sometimes.
Six questions about how things are set up at your place today. The output is a diagram: what can be taken off people, in what order and what it costs.
