Clinic automation from first message to appointment

Patients write in Telegram and your website chat in the evening, at night, at weekends — and get an answer at once, in Russian or Uzbek. The bot takes bookings and answers questions about prices, location and preparation strictly from your text; we set up visit reminders around your schedule. Anything medical — complaints, test results, medication — goes to a doctor or the receptionist.

Where a clinic loses a patient before the first appointment

A patient writes at 9 p.m.: "How much is a cleaning, can I come tomorrow?" The receptionist has gone home, the morning brings a queue of calls, and by lunchtime the patient has gone elsewhere. Another books and never shows — the chair sits empty. The owner learns about it from gaps in the schedule, not at the moment the patient could still have been kept.

AI here is not a "website chatbot" but a front desk that never goes off shift: it answers at once, takes the booking and makes sure no request is left hanging. It does not discuss medical matters — that is the doctor's job. The schedule stays wherever you keep it now: bookings reach it via API, export or a card for the receptionist — we pick the route during the audit.

Clinic bot — demo online 24/7
Good evening! Can I come in for a teeth cleaning tomorrow?
Good evening! The hygienist has two slots tomorrow: 12:30 and 17:30. Which suits you better?
17:30, please
Passed to the receptionist: tomorrow, 17:30, hygiene cleaning ✓ They will confirm the time in the morning, and I will remind you on the day.

This is not a video: pick a scenario and watch the bot run the dialogue. The second one is in Uzbek — that is how the bot talks to patients who prefer it.

What the system takes over

Patients answered at any hour

The clinic's Telegram and the website chat — one stream. In the evening, at night and at weekends the reply goes out at once, in Russian or Uzbek, even to a voice message.

Appointment booking

Service, doctor, preferred time, name and phone — one question at a time. The receptionist gets a ready card and confirms the booking with one tap.

Reminders and rescheduling

Reminders the day before and on the day, with "reschedule" and "cancel" buttons; we choose the channel during the audit. The receptionist sees a freed slot at once.

Prices, address, preparation

Only from your price list and rules. Where the price depends on an exam, as with implants, the bot suggests a consultation. Anything not covered goes to the receptionist — nothing is made up.

Anything medical goes to a doctor

Complaints, symptoms, test results, medication — the bot does not discuss them: it passes them to a person with the whole conversation. Urgent ones go at once, at night to the on-call person you choose; if things get much worse, the patient gets the ambulance number, 103.

Repeat visits and a summary

Check-up and cleaning reminders based on the last visit; dates and channel are chosen during the audit. Each evening the owner gets a summary: requests, bookings, who is waiting.

Why the bot stays at reception

Medicine stays with the doctor

The off-limits topics — symptoms, diagnoses, test results, medication, contraindications — are agreed in writing before launch and tested on real questions from your patients. The bot hands all of that to a human.

Help, not a replacement

The bot doesn't replace your receptionist; it takes evening messages and routine price and location questions. Once the receptionist replies in a chat, the bot stays quiet there for two hours.

A pilot on one link

We start with one process — say, evening messages left unanswered or appointment no-shows. The "before" metric is fixed in writing; miss it — the stage is not billed.

What you can see live

The demo at the top of this page is a simplified copy of our working systems. The Valli bot answers in Telegram from the owner's text and hands anything urgent to a person at once; it does not confirm meeting times itself — a staff member does. It is currently in pilot. CorpVisor watches the process of a manufacturing company in Samarkand and flags who is holding things up. There are no clinics among our clients yet — so at the meeting we show both systems at work, on live processes, not slides.

The path of one enquiry

  1. 01 A patient writes In Telegram or the website chat, at any hour. The answer goes out at once, before they book somewhere else.
  2. 02 Booking The bot collects service, doctor, time and contacts — the receptionist just confirms.
  3. 03 Reminder The day before the visit. Reschedule or cancel in one tap — the receptionist knows at once.
  4. 04 Owner's summary Bookings to the receptionist and the schedule, medical questions to a doctor, the day's results to the owner.

One link is enough for the pilot — say, booking or visit reminders. The rest are added once the first has proven itself in numbers.

How the work is organised

48 hours

Audit

We break one of your processes down step by step and hand back a map: what can be taken off people, in what order and what it costs. Free, and no intro call.

2 weeks

Pilot

We build one pipeline and run it live. The "before" metric is fixed in writing before the start, not invented afterwards. If we do not hit it, the stage is not paid for.

After that

Handover

The code, the access and the documentation are yours. Everything lives inside your own perimeter. Support by subscription or with your own hands — your call; we do not keep you on a hook.

What it costs

A price per project, not per hour. The first audit is free: six questions, an answer within 48 hours, no intro call.

from $1,200

Pipeline

One process end to end: data collection, processing, notifications, reporting. Up to three integrations.

What is included

One link end to end: script, off-limits medical topics, bookings passed to the receptionist, launch, two weeks live and a metric report. Medical software licences and Telegram Premium stay yours — we earn nothing on them.

Frequent questions

Won't the bot start giving patients medical advice?
No. Symptoms, diagnoses, test results and medication are on an off-limits list we agree with you in writing and test before launch. Asked about them, the bot says it is the doctor's call and passes the chat to a person — urgent ones without delay, at night to the on-call person you choose. If a patient says they are much worse, the bot gives the ambulance number, 103.
We keep bookings in software or on paper. Do we have to switch?
No. The schedule and records stay where your receptionist keeps them — software, a spreadsheet or paper; we do not start a second database. Booking cards arrive in their Telegram and are confirmed with one tap. Connecting to your software, via API or export, is decided during the audit.
Patients write in Uzbek and send voice messages. Will it cope?
Yes: Russian, Uzbek in Latin and Cyrillic script — the reply comes in the same script the patient used. Voice messages are transcribed and answered in text. The bot introduces itself as the clinic's AI assistant and never poses as a doctor; the tone is agreed before launch.
What about patient data?
The bot takes only what a booking needs: name, phone, service, time. It does not ask about complaints, diagnoses or tests — if a patient raises them, the message goes to the receptionist. Conversations stay in your perimeter, with your keys — a separate contract clause says so.

Telegram Business explained: the features, how it relates to Premium, and how to set it up

Telegram Business is not a separate app or a separate plan but a section of your settings that comes with Premium. What business hours, greeting and away messages, quick replies and links to chat actually do, what has worked without Premium since May 2026, how to set it all up in an evening, and ready-to-use texts for a shop, a clinic and a repair service in English and Uzbek.
