1. Who processes the data
The personal data operator is AI CAPITAL FACTORY LLC («AI CAPITAL FACTORY» MChJ), tax ID 313270615, address: 80 Lutfiy St., Samarkand, Uzbekistan (“we”). The aicapitalfactory.com website and the AI Capital Factory service belong to us.
This policy follows the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Personal Data” No. ZRU-547 of 2 July 2019, as amended, including Law No. ZRU-1125 of 26 March 2026. By sending a request with the consent box ticked, or by messaging us, you agree to the processing of your data on the terms of this policy.
2. What data we collect
- From the quiz: your answers about your business, name, company, Telegram or WhatsApp contact, and e-mail if you gave one.
- Technical details of the request: the language and address of the page it was sent from (including campaign tags if they were in the address), the website you came from, and the time it was sent.
- If you click “Accept” on the cookie banner, Yandex Metrica collects visit statistics: which pages you opened and where you came from, clicks, scrolling and mouse movements (Session Replay), device and browser details, your IP address and the approximate city derived from it. Session Replay does not record what you type into the contact fields: it shows asterisks instead.
- Conversations on Telegram, WhatsApp and by phone — whatever you tell us yourself.
We do not collect passport, biometric or genetic data.
3. Why we use it
- To reply to your request and clarify the task.
- To prepare an automation map and a commercial proposal.
- To sign and perform a contract.
- To see which channels bring requests — from campaign tags, in aggregate.
- To understand how visitors use the website and fix what gets in their way — from Yandex Metrica statistics.
We do not send marketing messages without your separate consent, and we do not sell data.
4. Legal basis
The basis is your consent: you tick the box in the request form or message us yourself. Yandex Metrica runs on a separate consent — the “Accept” button on the cookie banner; until you give it, the counter is not loaded. You can withdraw consent at any time (Article 21 of the Law). If a contract is signed, the data is also processed to perform it and to meet legal requirements.
5. Where the data is stored and who sees it
- Requests from the website are saved to a Google Sheet via Google Apps Script. Google’s servers may be located outside Uzbekistan.
- The website is hosted on Cloudflare: when you open pages, it processes technical data (IP address, browser details) to deliver the page and protect the site from attacks.
- Visit statistics are collected by Yandex Metrica, a service of YANDEX LLC (Moscow, Russia), and only after you consent. Russia is on the list of states ensuring adequate protection of personal data (see below).
- The website’s fonts are loaded from Google Fonts servers.
- Only the people working on your request can see it.
Article 27¹ of the Law requires biometric and genetic data, as well as data of telecom subscribers, to be stored in Uzbekistan. We do not collect such data. The Law allows other data to be stored and processed abroad if one of its conditions is met — for example, in countries on the list of states ensuring adequate protection of personal data (Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 415 of 29 July 2026).
6. What the website stores in your browser
Until you click “Accept” on the cookie banner, the website sets no cookies. After you consent, Yandex Metrica sets its own cookies (for example, _ym_uid and _ym_d) and keeps service records in localStorage to tell repeat visits apart. While you take the quiz, your answers are kept in browser storage (sessionStorage) so they survive a page reload. The draft leaves your browser only together with a request and is deleted once you send it or close the tab. The cookie banner remembers your choice in localStorage.
Changed your mind? Press the button below: the website will delete the Metrica cookies and ask for your consent again.
7. How long we keep data
- Requests that did not lead to a contract — up to 3 years from the last contact, then we delete them.
- Data under signed contracts — for the term of the contract and for the periods required by tax and accounting law.
- Yandex Metrica statistics: Session Replay recordings for 15 days, other statistics in our Metrica counter until we delete them.
- After you withdraw consent we delete the data unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
8. Who we share data with
We do not sell data or share it for other people’s advertising. Data goes only to the services the website, its statistics and request handling run on (Google, Cloudflare and, after you consent, Yandex), to the messengers you use to talk to us, and to state bodies where the law expressly requires it.
9. Your rights
Under Article 30 of the Law you may:
- find out whether we hold your data and get information about how it is processed;
- know on what terms and for what purpose it is used;
- ask us to correct incomplete or inaccurate data and to suspend its processing;
- withdraw your consent to processing;
- appeal against our actions to the authorised state body or to a court.
10. How to withdraw consent or ask a question
To find out what data we hold about you, correct or delete it, or withdraw your consent, message us on Telegram at @AI_capital_factory or call +998 94 005 68 49. You can withdraw consent the same way you gave it. We reply within the time limits set by law.
11. How we protect data
The website works over HTTPS. The request sheet is accessible only through a personal account, and we do not publish links to it.

We may update this policy. The current version is always on this page; its date is shown at the top.
