Business chatbots on your logic

Telegram and WhatsApp bots that take leads, answer routine questions and hand over to a human where a human is needed. The success metric is fixed in writing before we start: miss it — the stage is not billed.

How a working bot differs from a button menu

A button menu is built in an evening and dies in a week: the customer asks something off-script — the bot goes silent and the manager never learns. A working bot walks the customer through your process and hands anything non-routine to a human, with the full conversation attached.

Where it helps, we wire in a model: it parses free text, classifies the request and drafts a reply. The model is one step in the chain — not "AI for AI's sake".

Salon bot — demo online 24/7
Hi! Can I book for tomorrow?
Hello! Sure. Tomorrow we have 10:00, 13:30 and 18:00 free — which time works for you?
13:30, please
Done: tomorrow, 13:30 ✓ I will remind you two hours before the visit.
→ the lead is already in the CRM

This is not a video: pick a scenario and watch the bot run the dialogue. It would walk your customer the same way.

What bots do in practice

Lead intake

The bot asks the same questions a manager would by script, and opens a lead with a priority. It works nights and weekends.

Bookings

Slots, confirmations, reminders. The customer books in a minute; the front desk is off the phone.

Routine answers

Prices, addresses, terms, order status — no human needed. Anything non-routine goes to a manager with full context.

CRM link

Every dialogue is a deal with a source. The manager continues the conversation from the CRM, not by digging through a phone.

Customer notifications

Order status, booking reminders, documents — as a message, in the app the customer already lives in.

Internal bots

Leave requests, access grants, daily reports — office routine closes with a bot too.

Three rules we build them by

Your logic, not a template

The bot is built around your process and your tone. The script is agreed in text before the build, not after customer complaints.

Human handover built in

The bot does not impersonate a human and does not trap customers: anything non-routine goes straight to a manager, with context.

Your data stays yours

Logic and conversations live inside your perimeter: your keys, your server. A separate clause in the contract says so.

You can verify this right now

You can touch the mechanics on this very page: the quiz below runs on the same scheme as a bot — asks questions one by one, scores the lead and writes it to a table with no human involved. Take it: that is exactly the route your customer would travel in a bot.

The route of a single enquiry

  1. 01 Customer writes On Telegram or WhatsApp, even at 3 a.m. The bot answers at once — the lead does not cool down till morning.
  2. 02 Script leads Questions one at a time, like a manager working a script. Free text is parsed by a model.
  3. 03 Deal in the CRM The dialogue becomes a deal with a source and a priority — no manual copying.
  4. 04 Non-routine — to a human The manager gets the full conversation and picks up exactly where the bot stopped.

The diagram above is not an abstraction — it is the order every bot of ours is assembled in. The demo at the top of this page walks exactly this route.

How the work is structured

48 hours

Audit

We break one of your processes down step by step and hand back a map: what can be taken off people, in what order and what it costs. Free, and no intro call.

2 weeks

Pilot

We build one pipeline and run it live. The "before" metric is fixed in writing before the start, not invented afterwards. If we do not hit it, the stage is not paid for.

After that

Handover

The code, the access and the documentation are yours. Everything lives inside your own perimeter. Support by subscription or with your own hands — your call; we do not keep you on a hook.

What it costs

Priced per project, not per hour. The first audit is free: six questions, an answer within 48 hours, no call required to start.

from $1,200

Pipeline

One process end to end: data collection, processing, notifications, reporting. Up to three integrations.

What is included

Telegram's bot platform is free. WhatsApp Business API carries an operator fee — paid to the vendor directly; we make nothing on it.

Frequent questions

Telegram or WhatsApp?
Wherever your customers are. In Uzbekistan it is usually Telegram — the platform is free and has no template moderation; in the UAE WhatsApp is stronger. Often the right answer is both channels on one logic.
Will the bot replace a manager?
No, and it should not. It takes the routine and the night shift, and brings a human in where the deal is decided. How much of your traffic is routine — we will count on the audit, from your actual conversations, not from market averages.
How long does a bot live without support?
The logic does not break by itself — the things around it do: a CRM switch, a price update, a channel move. Support by subscription, or we hand over the documentation and you edit it yourself.
What if the task needs no development at all?
We will say so. If the process closes with an off-the-shelf builder in two days, paying us for a build makes no sense — that is the answer we will give. And we do not take tasks where success cannot be measured: it is more honest to part ways before we start.
