Accounting firm automation without replacing 1C or your accountants

The bot answers your firm's clients in Telegram at once — at night, on weekends, in reporting season, in Russian and Uzbek. Each message reaches the assigned accountant as a complete request, clients are reminded about documents and accountants about deadlines, and every morning the director sees what has not been filed and by whom. No tax advice: tax figures come only from an accountant.

Where an accounting firm loses time and clients

There are as many chats as clients. "Please issue a VAT invoice", "where is my tax return?" arrive in the evening, on weekends and at the height of reporting season — and get lost. The client sends documents on the last day, then blames you for the missed deadline. The director hears about it from the client, and when an accountant leaves, the client's history goes too.

We leave the bookkeeping itself alone: 1C entries, tax returns, e-signatures and online banking stay with your accountants. The bot handles the routine around it: it answers clients at once, collects requests and source documents, watches deadlines and sends the director a morning summary. If you need a link to 1C or Didox, we work it out for your system during the audit and estimate it separately.

This is not a video: pick a scenario and watch the bot run the dialogue. The second one is in Uzbek — that is how the bot talks to clients who prefer it.

What the system takes over

Answers even in reporting season

Request status, deadlines, which documents to send — at once, even at night and in reporting season. Anything non-routine goes to an accountant with the chat history.

A complete request, not a chat

VAT invoice, payment order, reconciliation statement, bank certificate. The bot asks for the counterparty, TIN, amount and purpose and checks their format.

Details from documents

A client sends a photo of a contract, completion certificate or receipt — the bot reads it and moves details and amounts into the request. Files stay in Telegram.

Source documents on schedule

We set up each client's reporting calendar at launch, with dates approved by your chief accountant. The bot asks for documents in advance, marks what has arrived and nudges those who stay silent.

Deadlines across the team

A request not picked up in time — a reminder to the accountant, then a message to the director. Every morning — a summary: what is in progress, what is overdue, who held it up. At night the bot leaves staff alone: the reminder moves to the morning.

Monthly fees and debtors

Each client's monthly fee is entered at launch; payments and debts then sit in one place. The client gets a polite reminder, and the director no longer has to chase money personally.

Why the bot works in the chats, not in 1C

Bookkeeping stays with people

Your accountants, not software, answer for the figures in every report, so entries, amounts and e-signatures are left to them. The bot takes the chats, request intake and reminders off their hands.

A pilot on one link

We start with one process — say, client requests in Telegram or collecting source documents. The "before" metric is fixed in writing; miss it — the stage is not billed.

Approved wording

Clients write in Russian, in Uzbek in Latin or Cyrillic script, or by voice — the bot replies in their language. Topics and wording are approved in advance by your chief accountant.

What you can see live

The demo at the top of this page is a simplified scenario. Within the project, we build the system for your firm on top of CorpVisor. CorpVisor already runs orders, payments and team tasks at a manufacturing company in Samarkand: deadline reminders, overdue items escalated to the director, a morning summary. The Valli bot answers clients in Telegram and is currently in pilot. No accounting firms are among our clients yet — so at the meeting we show both systems at work.

The path of one request

  1. 01 A client writes By text, voice message or a photo of a document, at any hour. The answer goes out at once, in the client's language.
  2. 02 A complete request The bot recognises the client's firm, asks for missing details and reads the document.
  3. 03 Accountant and deadline Straight to the assigned accountant, with a deadline under your rules; night-time requests by the start of the working day.
  4. 04 Done and tracked The accountant taps "Done" — the client is told at once. Anything still open goes into the director's morning summary.

You can start with client requests in Telegram alone. Source documents, deadlines and monthly fees are added once that link has proven itself in numbers.

How the work is organised

48 hours

Audit

We break one of your processes down step by step and hand back a map: what can be taken off people, in what order and what it costs. Free, and no intro call.

2 weeks

Pilot

We build one pipeline and run it live. The "before" metric is fixed in writing before the start, not invented afterwards. If we do not hit it, the stage is not paid for.

After that

Handover

The code, the access and the documentation are yours. Everything lives inside your own perimeter. Support by subscription or with your own hands — your call; we do not keep you on a hook.

What it costs

A price per project, not per hour. The first audit is free: six questions, an answer within 48 hours, no intro call.

from $1,200

Pipeline

One process end to end: data collection, processing, notifications, reporting. Up to three integrations.

What is included

One link end to end: answer base, script, launch, two weeks live and a report on the metric. 1C licences and the Telegram Premium subscription stay yours — we earn nothing on them.

Frequent questions

Will the bot advise clients on taxes?
No. On its own, the bot answers only on topics your chief accountant has approved: statuses, deadlines, document lists. Tax questions go to the accountant with the chat history, and the client is told at once when to expect an answer. The amount in a payment reminder is entered by the accountant — the bot does not calculate taxes.
Does it work with 1C, Didox and the bank?
The bot works alongside 1C, Didox and the bank, not inside them: entries, reports, invoices and payments stay with your accountants. A link via API or export is chosen for your system during the audit and estimated separately.
Our clients write to us in Telegram groups. Will it work?
For now, only in private messages: in a chat with your firm's bot or in an accountant's personal chat via Telegram Business (Telegram Premium required). There is no group mode yet. The pilot starts with the firm's bot, leaving your groups as they are; if you cannot do without groups, we build that mode within the project and give the timing during the audit.
What about documents and client data?
The bot reads a document only to move its details into the request: an AI model processes the image, and the file stays in Telegram. Access is role-based and closed the moment someone leaves; document reading can be switched off. Confidentiality is a separate clause in the contract.
